((There is nothing? Jeez, thanks for the wild goose chase, lulz, next time we'll just work out something over PM XD))
The Jedi Master gave a nod as the Clone warrior left, and when he was he turned to Jeron Helre and gave another nod. Once again the Senator rose from his seat, looking to the others.
"It is settled then. My wealth will fund The Rebellion, while Habus and Aton provide our fleet, Zapri and Kaeon our soldiers. And with you leading us, we have the power of The Force on our side...Therefore let this be an official declaration of rebellion! Today, we all vow to change the galaxy, and one day the galaxy will indeed be free!"
There was something in the air, a power in the moment. Furion couldn't help but feel like the light side of the Force was resting a reassuring hand on his shoulder. The Rebel was official.

Tycan stepped out of the shadows. He wasn't exactly someone who could slip away unnoticed, he sat there more out of habit. When one guards a diplomatic meeting, one does not remain conspicuous. He walked to Furion's side, turning his back to everyone else in the room so his lips couldn't be read; it was impolite in most circumstances, but a diplomat would be used to it, exchanging secrets is all part of the job.
"I can set up a war room at your request Master," he paused a moment, eyeing the door. "As for our unexpected guest, would you like me to have him followed?"

"No Tycan, it is alright. Let us see where this goes." he replied, turning towards perhaps the finest fighter pilot in the now official Rebel Alliance. It was obvious the Clone was hiding things, but for now.....Furion felt he was not a threat. "How confidant are we on being able to avoid the Imperial patrols?" there was nobody better for dancing around the TIE's.

"Right now it isn't hard, but they don't appear to be looking too hard for us just yet. No more than anyone else they dislike at least. Once we make some noise life might get more difficult. They have substantially more resources than we do, but there's a lot of space out there." He did a few mental calculations. "Keeping the fleet in various task forces, structured on independent cells might increase our chances of avoiding notice. Though we run the risk of decreased defense."

"For the time being our Navy isn't a powerful hitter, it would be better to avoid them. In time however...if the Empire do not increase their military, I believe we could become the hunter...more so then the prey." It was quite possible in fact. "How long do you feel you would need to produce capable fighter squads?" Time was...something they arguable had plenty of. Nobody really knew about them yet.

This was Tycan's area. "A solid power-base is important, but morale is important, so we cannot afford to wait too long. The Empire has grown as complacent as we can hope of them, our next goal should be to rally the people against them. If we strike quickly before they have a proper stranglehold, then we can break many systems free."
He looked to the senators in the room, then back to Furion. "I have an idea, but it may be best to keep it quiet."

Most of the Senators were leaving anyway, Furion kept quiet, bar the occasional nod of farewell, waiting until they had left. "An idea? Continue." he was listening, but also taking in that point on morale. There were ways of rallying the people, it would be easy in fact. The Empire was cruel, the people wanted them out of the way. The tough part would be going public and staying away from the Empire. Keep them off their heels.

"We need an early strike, to take the Empire by surprise, but it has to be one we cannot lose. The threat of attack will almost be worse to their soldiers. Also, their navy is heavily clustered in a few areas, leaving much of their territory lightly guarded."
He walked back to where he was sitting throughout the meeting and picked up some notes. "If we can procure a small few strike fighters, we can wage a guerilla war on a small scale. It's something they won't be prepared for, and will take them off guard for a larger offensive." He passed the notes to Furion. "We'd need something very quick but durable, interceptors possibly."

"The idea is good on paper, but I believe Imperial Navy tends to revolve around the use of their Destroyers, would your fighter squads be able to move around them?" he asked, bringing a hand to his chin, gently stroking as he thought it over. Guerilla warfare was an excellent way to take on the Empire for now, but the Jedi Master would like everything thought out before the lives and resources on the line. There was much that could go wrong.

Tycan could tell he was getting through, it was time to lay it all out. This was the fight he wanted. Any army they raised would, in the general sense, likely lack experience. It could take years to do significant damage, but even a handful of small, decisive victories could knock them off their game quickly.
"Guerilla warfare is about fighting on our terms, not theirs. We couldn't engage Star Destroyers, but if we did encounter them we'd evade, something to be prepared for. I'd only want a handful of men, it wouldn't be enough for a Star Destroyer to chase us at first. Once we cause a bit of damage they should begin to redeploy, stretch their lines a bit more and pull them out of their comfort zone. Soft targets mostly, lightly defended outposts or research stations, some freighters. Eventual goal would be to draw out their fighters, take them in an ambush. Reduce their numbers slowly, but let them think we're fighting a different war entirely."

Aton had kept quiet for a while now, he was content merely to listen but now it came down to tactics he decided it was best to perk up. Esspecially when it came down to guerilla tactics, as a smuggler he'd spent most of his time hiding from imperial patrols, most specificly hiding things but he'd seen what Pirates do and had a fairly good idea on what they should do.
"A Guerilla war is a good idea to start with...but I believe it should be only that, enough to raise enough to create a strong force...other wise our attacks will be nothing other then jabbing a Rancor with a stick

"I don't intend this to be our only course of action, but we're no match for the Empire right now, and the longer we stay in the shadows building our army, the more likely they are to discover and crush us. I wish only to take them off guard, keep their attention away, their expectations off and to rally support with whispers of rebellion. Rumors of trouble stirring from attacks on their outposts don't get the same sort of investigation as rumors of insurrection brewing from someone building a fleet."
