Question about the units you can buy

Do the units have there own ranking system I ask this because the B1 is far inferior to the B2 super.

So dose that mean that for example the B1 has lets say a C rank in blaster weapons while the B2 has a B rank?

haveing a system like this would make the battles much easyer to find out who the winner would be.

They're ability is generally dictated by their resistance value I believe.
