Starting Info for all of the Non-Force users will be stored here. There are two ranks, Military and Non-Military. Anyone involved in either a Rebel Militia (once a Rebellion springs up) or the Imperial Army (Volunteer Section) will have higher stats than normal.
*Note Any Player in the Military who can be proven that they are in the Military via RP, is like with Jedi. PvP active constantly.
Soldier- A battle worthy combatant who paid attention in Training. They are dedicated and strong be it running at fortified positions or laying out fire to halt the enemies dead: 5 F ranked Skills, 4 D ranked skills, 3 C ranked Skills, 2 B Ranked Skills, and 1 A ranked skill
*Note a Civilian can join the Military and under go Combat Training and be awarded Soldier Skills.
Civil Skills- While not as battle hardened as the Soldiers they've still got progress and can still develop into threats quickly. Watch out for the Civilian and never underestimate them, even the sexy twe'lik dancer might know how to sever a head. :3 F ranked skills, 2 D ranked skills, 1 C ranked skill.

All F Ranks now cost 20k to get and this will be considered basic Schooling
All D Ranks will now cost 75K and this will count as training.
This has been implimented due to the fact there are more Forces Users than not force users and lets face it you go to school to learn things like this anyway.
